Abstract

The process of finding new models and infrastructure elements of the economy in agricultural regions allows to draw attention to the increasing role of the nonprofit sector in rural areas, including in the form of creating a single Association of centers for information, trade and financial flows in a network. The role of provider of inter-ethnic relations is becoming increasingly important and necessary in the modern economic and political realities. The maintenance of the village and policy development of the rebranding, farmland can be carried out not only at the state level, but also at the level of regional institutional units, established on a commercial basis. Such institutions will enhance the capacity of agricultural regions, but also serve as the basis for the development of interregional and international integration processes.
