Реабилитация городского пространства в контексте теории «Зеленой» экономики

Abstract

This paper proposes a theoretical justification for the rehabilitation of housing in the context of the theory of “green economy”. Revealed the essential characteristics of the concepts of “policy housing rehabilitation” and “rehabilitation housing” in the context of the existing regulatory framework, the existing concepts in the economic literature. An attempt is made to summarize the principles of and methodological approaches to the choice of model housing rehabilitation, effective from the point of view of the interests of the city, investors and residents.
