Abstract

The agro-industrial complex is one of basic components Russian economies which development is based on agricultural industry of regions. In modern conditions regional rural farms, as well as any other branch, feels urgent need for attraction of financial resources. Investments, with another functioning of infrastructure facilities are necessary for effective development of agricultural territories on the one hand. The purpose of work consists in development of recommendations about improvement of infrastructure conditions of agro-industrial complex of the North Caucasian Federal District.
