Abstract

The work summarizes the research status of soil and vegetation cover with grazing of mountain hayfields and pastures in Kabardino-Balkar Republic, structure of farms, the extent and nature of efficiency of use of territory, the potential of a sharp increase in the production of organic beef and lamb.
