Abstract

The article is devoted to the question of management of regional systems by examining the results of the analysis of phase portraits of mathematical models. In the article we study the qualitative assessment of the system, the ensemble of possible trajectories of development, which allow a deeper understanding of its properties, to identify connections and to select optimal control actions.
