Abstract

Modern leading trend is the reduction of the role of financial intermediaries in the stock market and the strengthening of the infrastructure orientation to the end-investor, to provide a direct link between the issuer and the investor. Studies have shown that under the conditions uncertainty and volatility in international capital markets for investors ensuring stock exchange of liquidity is a critical element of infrastructure. Only the stock exchanges are informationally, technically and technologically advanced with liberal conditions and low costs for securities transactions are able to increase its own liquidity and a stable development in the long term.
