Abstract

The approaches to the definition of the cluster discussed in the article. The zones of responsibility of Federal, regional authorities and local authorities for the implementation of cluster policy demarcated. The cluster potential of the municipal formations of the Chechen Republic analyzed. It concluded that the formation of the cluster interactions in the agricultural sphere requires primarily the development of institutions and the generation of innovations (agrotechnoparks, regional information and consultancy services).
