Внедрение эффективного контракта в медицинских организациях как механизм повышения качества медицинской помощи

Abstract

Ensuring the quality of medical care is an important part of the state policy in the sphere of public health. In today’s economic climate there is a need to further improve the wage system state employees based on the achievement of specific indicators of quality and quantity provided by the state (municipal) services (performance of works), as well as the abolition of inefficient incentive payments. The article analyzes the current state of the wage system in the period of modernization, the problems are identified and the model for the integration of a payment system based on effective contract in general system of management of medical organization is developed.
