Abstract

Now process of attraction of investments into economy of the South of Russia is characterized by high rates of dynamics, increase in their volumes and positive changes of their specific structure. In addition, a number of the structural reforms and transformations directed to improvement of their investment climate is implemented. At the same time obstacles for attraction of investments remain. The solution of these problems demands implementation of a number of strategic tasks for development of regions of the South of Russia in formation of tool providing effective mechanisms of attraction of investments.
