Abstract

The article analyzes the formation mechanism of the behavior of the chief depending on the professional activity, which should not be confused with the behavior that reflects the uniqueness of the inner personality. The individual most interesting situational management style caused the positive guidance, since they affect the successful solution of problems. It is concluded that the behavior of the headmaster which is determined by the nature of motivation, and overcoming obstacles have to be anticipated, as well as the obstacles themselves. Discovered in the study the relationship between individual behavior and mechanism of formation of situational concept, suggests that it is individual situational management style is most effective management practices, as it reflects the individuality inherent in any leader in solving complex management problems.
