Abstract

In the article are considered the main directions of development of electronic regional government of the Astrakhan region. The main features of realization of the principles of open regional government are that processes of improvement of the public civil service lag behind development of institutes of openness. Therefore, there is a need of use of electronic technologies for debureaucratization of civil service.
