Abstract

The article provides an analysis of the current state of the relation between regional and Federal legislation, taking into account the new geopolitical challenges. Assesses the experience of previous periods, and provides the minimum steps to establish effective interaction between the Federation and regions, as well as to balance the legislative base of the state.
