Abstract

Authors offered the directions of an assessment of fair value of real estate, in particular to investment cost. Pricing factors are considered, legal aspects of investments into real estate are covered. The technique based on qualimetrical (ball) system of the accounting of quality of a real estate object and providing system of adjustment of cost depending on investment qualities of object is offered.
