Кластерная стратегия развития горных территорий

Abstract

The effectiveness of the cluster strategy for the development of mountainous areas of the North Caucasus region is substantiated; an algorithm of a cluster economy creation and the cluster strategy stimulation mechanism in the region are suggested in the article. The solution of social and economic problems of mountain areas is offered to find by means of the proposed entrepreneurial activity stimulation mechanism. A large share of the produce made by households and a low one by individual entrepreneurs and farmers are defined. That points to the significant cluster potential in the Republic of Dagestan. The existence of basic preconditions for cluster formation and the idea of creating a Cluster center in Dagestan are stipulated in the article.
