Избыточное образование в России и его социально-экономические последствия

Abstract

The article is devoted to consideration of process of implementation of the Bologna agreement in the Russian system of higher education, and also to studying of the problems which resulted from overproduction of experts with higher education. Holders of diplomas about the higher education are compelled to look for work not on the specialty and qualification. Besides, distribution of the phenomenon of «devaluation of diplomas» is noted. Employers, observing a number of young specialists with high education level, offer applicants of a position who actually do not demand existence of the higher education. In work, the measures undertaken by the Russian government for improvement of a situation of employment of youth are considered (retraining and retraining of the former students, maintaining statistics by higher education institutions about employment of graduates).
