Abstract

The article examines the role of conflict-related competence of a civil servant in managing social relations in conditions of instability. The analysis of interpretations of the phenomenon of “conflictological competence”, its structure and functions allows us to delve into the problems of social conflict management and justify its significance in achieving the effectiveness of professional activity.
