Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of information and communication space in the sphere of state and municipal management. As a result, the implementation of the concept of E-government in the framework of global development and the results of the introduction of e-government mechanisms in the activities of state and municipal bodies. In addition, the study identified the main directions of development of state and municipal management in the era of digital transformation.
