Проектный подход к управлению развитием муниципального образования

Abstract

The article considers the essence of the project approach to the management of the development of the municipality. The meaning of the concept of “project approach” and “project management” has been studied, and the advantages of using this approach for municipalities have been analysed. The mechanism of multi-criteria selection of projects into the portfolio for implementation of the MoD strategy was considered.
