Особенности управлении системой мотивации персонала в органах государственной власти

Abstract

The article considers approaches to the definition of the concept of “motivation,” explored some motivational theories. The impact of the motivation system on the results of work of employees of the municipal institution was analyzed. Peculiarities of the system of motivation of personnel in state and municipal authorities have been highlighted. The results of studies on the reasons for dissatisfaction of employees of state institutions with their work were considered. The system of motivation on the basis of individual planning of goals and terms of their execution for each employee is proposed.
