Специфика программ целевой практической подготовки под приоритеты регионального развития

Abstract

The paper describes the experience of the Western branch of the RANEPA on the implementation of targeted programs of additional education, taking into account the priorities of regional development. The model of the innovative program of target practical training for the managerial reserve and the acting managerial personnel is described. The model was tested by the regional center “Higher School of Public Administration” of the Western branch of the RANEPA during the implementation of the additional professional program “Amber Cluster Management”. Conducting managerial intensiveness with the use of a computer simulator specially developed for the implementation of the program allowed us to achieve applied results, including the inclusion of the Amber Industrial Cluster of the Kaliningrad Region in the register of industrial clusters. The model of practical training is used by the Western branch in the preparation of management personnel for the real sector, the system of state and municipal management.
