Abstract

The paper discusses the problems of developing new tools of democracy and civil society in Russia, such as social networks and blogs, in the light of information legislation novels; it also analyzes the restrictions imposed in the field of information legal relations for organizers and participants of social interaction on the Internet and new administrative structures of offenses in this area; the problems of systematization of information legislation and its implementation, as well as the formation of an information culture of a person and self-regulation tools in the Internet space are being updated.
