Функции социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций в условиях становления российского социального государства (на материалах Волгоградской области)

Abstract

The paper deals with the problems of the activities of socially oriented non-profit organizations (SO NPO) as a subject of social policy in modern Russia. The author substantiates the conclusions about the relationship of the development of SO NPO and the formation of a welfare state, the need for effective interaction between government bodies and SO NPO in the field of social protection of the population.
