Abstract

The paper is devoted to the transformation of the judicial system in the modern history of the country, as well as the analysis of the formation of the judicial community in the Stavropol region after the collapse of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The author indicates the significant role of the judiciary and provides a legal assessment of the activities of the judicial community.
