Развитие волонтерского движения в Российской Федерации как механизм реализации молодежной политики в регионах

Abstract

The paper discusses the formation of a new paradigm of engaging citizens in the implementation of the social policy of the state, analyzes the impact of volunteering on the implementation of the youth policy of the regions of the Russian Federation. The main problems and the expected consequences in the social sphere associated with the transition of the Russian economy to a new stage of development are identified. It justifies the conclusion that the activities of volunteer centers in the Russian Federation and the approach to design development used in them allows to take into account design development activities as a set of actions, the result of which provides a socially significant and personal effect, the formation of social and moral values.
