Формирование профессиональной идентичности государственного служащего в процессе социальной адаптации

Abstract

The paper deals with the processes of entry of young professionals into the professional environment of public service. Features of transformation of the received social experience in own social attitudes, social expectations and value orientations are described. It is emphasized that the formation of professional identity and professional identity of the civil servant can not be carried out outside of social communication and integration of the individual in the socio-professional environment.
