The paper deals with acmeological technologies in the system of personnel development. The aim of research in acmeology is the search for ways and conditions that will help to achieve the heights in the professional activity of a specialist of any rank and qualification. All modern terms about professionalism, which are given from the point of view of the field of acmeology, combine the emphasis on a high level of achievement in the chosen activity, the creative component in the profession and the need to meet all the qualities of a professional to its requirements. Coaching is one of those tools that can be used to help others develop. Thus, coaching is aimed at supporting the process of changing the company, with effective use should help to maximize the development of the organization
