Abstract

The paper discusses the main directions of state policy aimed at ensuring conditions that would contribute to a decent life and free human development. The priority direction of Prosecutor’s activity in identification, suppression, elimination and the prevention of violations of social rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen in Russia, and also in restoration of the violated rights is very considerable is defined.
