Abstract

The paper gives an analysis of the development of the regulatory impact assessment institution in the Republic of Dagestan. At the municipal level the author identifies the factors that contribute to the achievement of regulatory objectives, identifies the problems that arise during the procedures of public consultations (discussions) with bodies and organizations whose purpose is to protect and represent interests of subjects of entrepreneurial activity, and tasks for the development of the institute.
