Оценка эффективности региональной политики развития человеческого капитала в Северо-Кавказском федеральном округе

Abstract

The article considers the theoretical and practical aspects of regional policy of human capital development in North Caucasian District. For the purposes of improvement of the effectiveness of human capital functioning, it is proposed to use territory investment modeling, via development of complex investment plans, qualitative marketing strategy of region and formation of state (municipal)-business partnerships in the sphere of management of regional human capital.
