Укорененная экономика российской периферии: воспроизводственная функция и перспективы развития

Abstract

The article develops the idea of the chiding of the Russian regions of sectors of the economy as the most important component of their reproductive systems. The purpose of the study the rationale for the development of models of structural reform of the Russian economy more fully take into account the characteristics of resources and institutional organization of the Russian periphery of the economy, including traditional economic practices of the population of multiethnic regions, archaic economic structures and social institutions on the basis of the author’s economic and social research in the South of Russia is shown reforming role-rooted economic sector in the region. Extended position, according to which part of the concept of the transition of the Russian economy from recession to growth investment strategy may be the capitalization of assets accumulated in rooting sector of the economy, including its archaic.
