Роль проектного управления в совершенствовании деятельности региональных органов управления

Abstract

In this article, questions of project management in activity of governing bodies are considered. Project management in activity of modern authorities in the Russian Federation is as the transition dictated in the 90th years of the 20th century from command economy to market economy and those realities which develop in the modern world today in general. All this demands mobility from bodies of authority and management, flexibility in decision making, and the most important, applications of methods of project management in the activities. Lack of due experience at bodies of authority and management in this sphere, including and shots of the corresponding qualification, deficiency of resources, requirements to react quickly to the happening changes in the external environment, and also achievements of better results, does necessary introduction of project management in work of bodies of authority and management. Conclusions are drawn on what is necessary the organization, implementation and uses of a number of measures which will allow to use effectively project management in activities of bodies of authority and management.
