Abstract

This article focuses on the motivation and stimulation of civil and municipal employees. The existing system of motivation and stimulation of civil and municipal employees, its advantages and disadvantages analyzed in this article. The author suggests alternative directions of intangible nature motivation and stimulation of civil and municipal employees.
