Abstract

The authors generated a forecast of regional systems of pre-school education (RSPE) on 2015-2020, which showed that the ratio of the number of seats in the OPE to the number of children requiring pre-school education in 13 regions of the North Caucasus Federal District and Southern Federal District, in 2020 will range from 14 to 90%. Monitoring results characterize the main indicators of economy and finance of RSPE and can be used as a basis to justify its future needs for additional resource provision.
