Abstract

The article analyzes the state strategy for the development of the Caucasian Mineral Waters in the 1900-1905 biennium. Beginning of the twentieth century It coincided with increased attention on the part of state authorities to the Caucasian Mineral Waters, with the development program of the region, involving considerable financial infusion. In addition, the post of Director of Water at that time held a visionary, active leader of V Khvoshchinskiy who put a lot of effort to form a new image of the region. This combination has allowed to reach unprecedented prosperity resort region of Caucasian Mineral Waters, who stood at the level of development on a par with the best European resort.
